Accessibility, we at Adaptable Designs for Life began for the purpose to provide customers and assist contractors, attorneys and case managers a unique opportunity to provide an environment that adapts to all: with or without special needs, or disability.

As the baby boomer population continues to grow, more and more people are concerned with their immediate environment: the ability to safely enjoy their home as their aging health may require new physical challenges (e.g., to enter the home, prepare a meal, bathing/showering, etc.,).
Our design consultation looks at all possible challenges they that they face now, and in the future, providing an environment that is pleasing and functional. Using our construction experience, medical rehab and design expertise, we consult with contractors whom want to provide these concepts into their remodel or new build to satisfy a clients needs for now and in the future, as well as increase market ability!
We assist attorneys whose clients are seeking modifications, receive the proper architectural features they need to live as independently as possible in their homes due to auto accidents or work related injuries. We stress their current needs and determine a prognosis for physical limitations that may regress overtime to provide features that will allow the client to remain home safely for many years, and avoid out of pocket expenses when costs can become prohibited due to additional
medical expenses and/or lack of additional financial means. This may displace the individual from their current home or cost insurers whom provide benefits, additional claims for home care and assistance. This service can provide additional money in settlements to incorporate proper modifications.
Hospital and social case managers use our services to assist individuals returning home incorporate new modifications so patients can utilize their home environment with greater independence and relieve the stressors of everyday home life after trauma.
Others have concerns for providing a home in which the special needs for family and friends visiting, maybe the concern. In fact, many cannot distinguish the accessible improvements without them being pointed out.We will help you make the right choices for home renovations now and in the future that will be accessible to all!
